Delaware Division of Corporations Website Announcement

The State has issued the following Online Service Announcement:

"On Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. all of the Division of Corporations Online Services will be unavailable for necessary system maintenance. Please be sure that you have completed using any online services before the system goes down to ensure you do not lose any information. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you."
