Our standard kit is a step above the competition. We supply the Corpex Banknote Company Heavy Duty Corporate Kit. This rugged, extra-strength 3 ring-binder with metal hinges is as attractive as it is durable.
- The Heavy Duty Kit includes sample minutes and by-laws and comes with a Special Gift: A beautifully turned out paperweight with the company seal endered in Gold Foil.
- Corporate Seal
The corporate seal is stored inside the binder in its own zipper pouch. Seals are 1 5/8" in diameter and are custom finished with the corporation's name, state, and year of incorporation.

20 full-page, numbered certificates printed with the corporate name, capitalization (one class) , state, officers' titles, with full-page, numbered stubs. Additional classes, clauses and special text available.
