The Zipper Style Portfolio Kit has sewn edges and a zipper closure that make this outfit an ideal choice.   • The Zipper Style Portfolio Kit includes sample minutes and by-laws or sample LLC operating agreement.

    The corporate seal is stored inside the binder in its own zipper pouch. Seals are 1 5/8" in diameter and are custom finished with the corporation's name, state, and year of incorporation.

  • Share Certificates
    20 full-page, numbered certificates printed with the corporate name, capitalization (one class) , state, officers' titles, with full-page, numbered stubs. Additional classes, clauses and special text available.

  • Corporate Name
    Printed in gold stamped on the spine.
