Do you need help organizing your corporate records and making sure you maintain corporate compliance? This service will provide you with an annual assessment of the status of your corporate records and of your compliance with the Delaware Division of Corporations.
How does the Corporate HealthCheck Service work?
When you sign up for this program, your service team will send you a welcome kit containing the following:
- Client Information Sheet
- Corporate HealthCheck Initial Questionnaire
- Corporate HealthCheck Initial Document Checklist
- Pro-rated annual invoice (pro-rated to August 1st)
Complete and return the above documents to your service team, along with copies of the documents you have selected on the document checklist and your pro-rated annual payment. You may send your information to us via email, fax or mail. Once we have received your completed documentation, we will provide you with your initial assessment, recommendations for action (if any), and a certificate of status from the Delaware Division of Corporations. If you need help with following up on any of the recommendations, we can assist you within the scope of our services or alternatively provide you with a referral to a legal or accounting professional
Your annual assessment will occur in August.
