  • No hidden fees. There is no additional filing fee or service fee for Delaware Intercorp to create your company if we are the Registered Agent in Delaware. All that is required is the State fee and our first year Registered Agent fee of $99.00.

Our Leadership



On a daily basis, every team member at Delaware Intercorp contributes to our overall success. Guiding our organization are:

  • President. Russell P. Rozanski is President of Delaware Intercorp, Inc.. Russell has worked his way up through the organization and various roles at our firm including Lead Incorporator, Manager of Corporate Services, and Vice President before being elected to the position of President. Prior to joining the company, Russell worked for the State of Delaware Judicial Branch at the Delaware Superior Court in Wilmington. Throughout his time at Delaware Intercorp, Inc. he has been involved in the incorporation/formation of many tens of thousands of companies within the United States. In addition, Russell has represented Delaware Intercorp, Inc. at numerous Executive Strategic Planning Conferences hosted by the State of Delaware, Division of Corporations and has been interviewed by various news and industry media, most recently for an article appearing in the Financial Times.

  • Comptroller, et al.. Larry D. Sullivan, Esquire is Comptroller of Delaware Intercorp, Inc.. Larry is a licensed Delaware Attorney, a former Judge of Newark Alderman Court, and a resident of Delaware since 1965. He has previously testified in Alaska Superior Court as an Expert Witness on Delaware Corporate Law.
