MAIL FORWARDING FOR YOUR DELAWARE BUSINESS

Mail forwarding is a simple service designed to provide your business with a Delaware mailing address. Your company mail arrives at our office, which is your registered office. We then handle the mail based on the mail forwarding program you have selected.

HOW INCOMING MAIL FORWARDING WORKS

In most cases, all mail will be repackaged and forwarded on a weekly basis. We will forward only First Class U.S. letter Mail (No bulk mail, magazines, or courier items). We will not forward packages except on an individual pre-approval basis. All first class letter mail qualifies for our mail forwarding service.

Our mail forwarding service is intended only for the receipt of 1st class letter mail; however we understand that from time to time you may receive a courier letter addressed to your company. We will forward courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) letters for a processing fee plus the price of shipping to your location. This additional courtesy service is available to clients who have subscribed to a mail forwarding program at a discounted rate. Please contact us for details on courier letter processing fees.

BUSINESS MAIL FORWARDING PROGRAMS

We currently offer the following mail forwarding options:

NOTE: Mail forwarding services do not constitute a "business address" at our address here in Newark. Our office is the registered address of the company and a mail drop but it is not a business address since you are not doing business here. This is an important distinction. You can obtain a business address in Delaware through our Delaware Business Presence Program.
