The cost of this service which includes a (short form) Certificate of Good Standing and standard flat-rate shipping, is only $225.00. Any apostille or expedited service (if required) would be an additional charge.

  • We must be the registered agent for the company.
  • The company must be in Good Standing.
  • A complete order form & payment must be submitted.
