CDCS Program Overview



What is the Check Deposit Courier Service?



The Check Deposit Courier Service (CDCS) allows checks made payable and addressed to your entity to be received at our office and forwarded to your bank for deposit via mail or walk in service.



What are the Check Deposit Courier Service program pre-prequisites?



In order to be eligible to participate in the CDCS program, the following conditions must be met:



  • The entity must be registered in the State of Delaware, in good standing, and using Delaware Intercorp, Inc. as its registered agent

  • The entity must be subscribed to either one of our mail forwarding, virtual office, or business presence programs

  • The entity must supply bank deposit slips for their account



What does the CDCS Cost?



The overall cost for the Check Deposit Courier Service can vary depending on your specific needs and usage fees. Basic program fees are as follows:



Initially



  • Program set up fee: $85.00

    • Due at the start of service.

    • Includes purchase and storage of a customized “for deposit only” endorsement stamp.


  • Pro-rated annual fee: varies

    • The actual invoiced amount is pro-rated from Month of order to October 1st in order to align our billing with the annual renewal of the check deposit service.



Annually



  • Annual fee: $99.00

    • Payment is due annually October 1st in order to continue the service without interruption. Annual renewal invoices will be mailed in September.



Ongoing usage fees*



*The ongoing fees are billed per usage. An open balance report for your usage fees will be sent to you the 1st week of each month and must be paid within 10 business days to avoid any interruption of deposit service.



  • Check processing fee: $4.00 per check


  • Deposit fee for weekly mail in bank deposit via FedEx Saver: $15.00 per deposit


  • Deposit fee for weekly hand delivery bank deposit via walk in service: $25.00 per deposit

    • Available only for banks with local branch offices.


  • Custom deposit schedule: $25.00 per month


  • Receipt of courier delivery of check (UPS, FedEx, etc.): $15.00 processing fee per occurrence
