CDCS Program Overview



What is the Check Deposit Courier Service?



The Check Deposit Courier Service (CDCS) allows checks made payable and addressed to your entity to be received at our office and forwarded to your bank for deposit via mail or walk in service.



What are the Check Deposit Courier Service program pre-prequisites?



In order to be eligible to participate in the CDCS program, the following conditions must be met:



  • The entity must be registered in the State of Delaware, in good standing, and using Delaware Intercorp, Inc. as its registered agent

  • The entity must be subscribed to either one of our mail forwarding, virtual office, or business presence programs

  • The entity must supply bank deposit slips for their account



What does the CDCS Cost?



The overall cost for the Check Deposit Courier Service can vary depending on your specific needs and usage fees. Basic program fees are as follows:

Annually





Ongoing usage fees*



*The ongoing fees are billed per usage. An open balance report for your usage fees will be sent to you the 1st week of each month and must be paid within 10 business days to avoid any interruption of deposit service.
