How does the Corporate HealthCheck Service help me to maintain corporate compliance?



When you sign up for the Corporate HealthCheck Service, you are in good hands. Delaware Intercorp, Inc. will act as custodian for various corporate documents related to your entity. We will provide you with an annual assessment of the status of your corporate records and of your compliance with the Delaware Division of Corporations. If necessary, we will alert you to missing records and provide you with a recommendation to get back into good standing. Your annual assessment will occur in August.



What will I need?



Your service team will send you a checklist of the documents that you should send to us to maintain electronically for your company. If you are missing anything, we can help you to obtain it through our office or other sources. Each year, you will receive a reminder to send us any new documentation prior to conducting your annual assessment.



What will the Corporate HealthCheck Service cost?



There is an initial set up fee as well as an annual fee for the Corporate HealthCheck Service



  • Initial set up fee: $225.00
  • Annual fee: $119.00 (prorated to August 1st)


What will I get with the annual assessment?



Your annual assessment includes the following:



  • A customized Corporate HealthCheck Report for your entity.
  • Personalized recommendations for action (if any)
  • A Certificate of Status from the Delaware Division of Corporations
