state of Nevada contains a wide variety of links to Nevada facts, culture,
history, and economic opportunities. There’s a real push from the builders

the most telling indications of this movement are the many pages they've
set forth for business, including useful checklists and considerable
information about setting up your business.

The Secretary of State’s page has information on corporations, limited partnerships, & other business entities. You can now search the corporation database by corporation name, corporate officer, resident agent, or corporate file number. A fee schedule is also available to guide you to the costs involved in creating a business organization in Nevada. A large number of forms are now available, providing access to a very nice collection of the paperwork necessary to conduct business with the Secretary of State of Nevada. The forms are in PDF format.
