Security begins here. From this point on our secure server will handle the transaction.
Select the business form you desire, and you will be provided with a page that will gather all of the client (that is you) and company information needed for us to begin your order. Then you will be asked to enter information about your initial member(s) or director(s).
The help links provided are popup help menus and will not take you away from the order process.
When you have entered all of the required information please click on the “Continue” button to view an invoice that describes your order.
Review the invoice for errors and if necessary, use the back button to return to the input form to correct them.
Shipping costs will be shown in the invoice before you enter payment information, and are calculated based upon where we will be shipping to, and which service you choose. There is no charge for domestic (USA) FedEx Air Saver Service.
The invoice page asks for the details of your payment. Pressing the Order Now button is what triggers our processing of the order. Until this button is pushed, we cannot process your order.
If there are any errors in the final step you will be warned to use the back button to correct them. This will keep you from having to enter all your information over again.
After the order is submitted to the server, it will generate the success page that confirms our receipt of the order.
Generally you will not receive any further contact from us until the order is filed with the State, unless there is a problem involving something like name availability.
